Peace and quiet.
No hot water for the shower sometimes.

The room was very comfortable and the balcony was great overlooking the garden, very peaceful.
Not mad about sharing the bathroom but we were lucky it wasnt very busy.

The owner was helpful and pleasant and the location was convenient for the Munich Messe.
The single shower was shared between four bedrooms (of which I believe two were triple rooms); the walls were extremely thin and not at all noise-proof. Had the room rate been lower, this would have been more acceptable, but I felt the cost was high, in view of these facts.

This place is very nice,best things about it ,very clean place , very near to the city center ,u can just take a metro and in 15 min u'll be in any place in the city . hotel owner is a very nice guy. Internet there was very good,and it is in a peaceful and quit pace so u can sleep without worring about the noise

1 single item only, bathroom sink requires a plug, I could not find it. This comment is not a complaint, it is only a suggestion to improve impression

Very good location with easy access to the Metro, tram and subway,closer to convention center, close to supermarkets and services, friendly personnel, The apartment was well furnished and spacious.

Its a very simple hotel/ hostale, no frills but exactly what a solo traveller needs - excellent location, very comfortable bed, nice staff, brilliant location, cleaned every day, very quiet at night - I sleep badly when I am travelling, and I felt 1000% safe.
No negatives at all.
